Wow! Our tub/shower broke on a Friday just before a Monday holiday. I wasn't expecting a call until Tuesday, but first thing on Monday, I got a call from Ashley, who told me a plumber could come out today (MLK Day). A great plumber, Chuck, came out less than an hour later and got it fixed in just over an hour, which was fantastic! I previously had a great experience with Perzborn, and now I see again why they get such stellar reviews from so many people! It's clear why people are happy to refer Perzborn to others, and I will be doing this too.
