Shortly after moving in, I discovered a few curious plumbing decisions from the previous owners that needed urgent attention. Derek came out promptly and fixed everything quickly and professionally. More recently, I reached back out to Metro Plumbing to upgrade our kitchen sink, replace a toilet, and take care of a few smaller items. Another excellent experience - we talked through options over the phone, Derek came by to measure and confirm installation details, and just a few days later, Taylor arrived and completed all the work perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Metro Plumbing clearly takes pride in their work and is a pleasure to interact with. If you need some plumbing work done and don't know who you can trust, I would HIGHLY recommend Derek and Austin with Metro plumbing. I had Derek come out to give me an estimate to do the rough plumbing in my basement. Derek was very good at communicating throughout the whole process and was willing to answer any questions I had. He was very detail oriented and even pointed out that a fitting wasn't properly installed by previous plumbers and wanted to make sure it was done properly. I highly recommend Austin and Derek at Metro plumbing.
