He was professional, clearly communicated the problem and video taped the pipes behind the walls to explain the cause for the leak. I have no plumbing knowledge so I appreciated him doing this. He took his shoes off OUTSIDE of my unit. So thoughtful!! He brought a vacuum and tools, completely prepared for the job and cleaned up afterwards. I'd absolutely recommend my friends, family, or anyone looking for plumbing professionals to check this company out. Superb service.
