Jemmar was extremely respectful, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain all of my options. I recently purchased a new refrigerator and needed it connected to the water line. He recommended replacing the existing copper line with a heavy-duty blue nylon tube that won’t kink, which gave me added peace of mind. He completed the installation efficiently, thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was working properly, and left the area clean and tidy. The installation also comes with a two-year warranty, which further demonstrates the quality of the work and materials. I truly appreciate his professionalism and quality workmanship. Jemmar what’s my Technician the first moment he walked in the door he was extremely polite and professional, and softly spoken with a smile on his face. It was lovely to have that kind of greeting. Not only did he spend time explaining everything that he needed to do to get my Plumbing to work he gave me several options very good options about which package I would like to take with Warranty or without, this fine young gentleman, as young as he is, was extremely mature and articulated extremely well. He finished what he needed to do - cleaned up everything and went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend Jemmar From Prefered Plumbing to take care of all your plumbing needs. “UNMATCHED” I rarely write reviews, however, this is one business that is most deserving of one! We’ve had a dozen trades renovating our home over the past 5-months and it has largely been an expensive circus of ineptitude. Hiring skilled trades in the GTA can be crazy-making; hence, we’ve come to expect ill-mannered poor communicators, careless workmanship and financial extortion. In short, every time we hire a tradesperson, we brace for unimaginable stress. And then there’s Preferred Plumbing Solutions. We needed a laundry sink roughed in and installed from scratch. Raphie, George and the crew made it look easy. The written work order and contract was well organized and crystal clear. They arrived on time. In fact, before they arrived they called and asked if they could bring us coffee. They laid a protective mat at the front door. Wore clean uniforms, and most importantly, their work was technically impeccable while leaving behind a clean workspace. Raphie (the owner) was on site ensuring good supervision. These guys put on a master class in service and technical expertise. Not only did they instal our sink promptly, but also they went above and beyond by spending two hours (for free) calibrating and fixing a complex thermostatic shower system. When addressing the thermostatic system, they contacted the faucet’s brand technician and did a careful analysis…it was clear that deep experience supported their evidence-based decisions. Just exceptional. If you’re looking for a reputable plumbing team that operates with integrity, look no further. What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process; they listened attentively, kept us informed every step of the way, explaining all the work in detail. I recommend them in a snap, without hesitation. Their expertise combined with a dash of humanity and politeness made us feel valued as customers. Their technical aptitude and dedication to customer satisfaction has earned our trust and loyalty.
