Several customers describe helpful communication and troubleshooting during HVAC problems. Baumanns did an excellent job diagnosing and replacing our 24 yr old furnace. The technicians were very knowledgable and helpful while waiting for the new furnace to arrive. Installation was great and the new furnace is working perfectly. The office staff provides excellent customer service as well. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Jordie. Baumanns was communicative as we had issues during a cold snsp. Another company unfortunately did not get back to us.

Furnace quit and they called back right away and helped us troubleshoot over the phone. Didn't end up needing a housecall afterall but Kale still provided outstanding service! We will gladly call them when we do need anything HVAC related in the future. We will be recommending Baumann's going forward!
