Chris arrived promptly on a Saturday night after water had backed up in a major way 3x. He was thorough and helpful to get to the bottom of things fast! I felt comfortable asking him advice about other issues and he spoke to each of them with confidence. I am a new homeowner so feel like now with Mr. Rooter and their partnership with Neighborly, I will be in good hands!!! Thanks, Chris!

Service was good but price was a 90% increase over the last time I had this service done, which was a little more than a year ago.
To Owner:
I've talked to a couple of people in your office who attempted to help but they were unable to explain the 90% increase in cost. They were supposed to have someone call me back to discuss. I look forward to hearing from you. You should have my number in your files.

Chris did an amazing job once again. He’s an awesome worker. He respects your home by wearing shoes cover on the carpets. I will recommend you guys or Chris to anyone. Best service around.

I called Mr Rooter because a neighbor had a good experience with them. I'm glad I did. The person that came to the house was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The job was done very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I will continue to use them in the future.

Jacob and his helper did a great job! The removed a broken instant hot water dispenser and replaced it with a new one. They were polite and courteous and I will highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
