I had been dealing with a persistent foul smell in our basement and called several plumbers with no success—until I reached Alex from Doctor Drain. He identified the issue immediately and explained everything clearly. Alex was incredibly honest, professional, and knowledgeable, and his integrity really stood out. He fixed the problem on the spot, saving us so much time, money, and unnecessary stress. I’m extremely grateful for his expertise and highly recommend Doctor Drain for anyone looking for reliable, top-quality service.

Amazing service - We had an emergency at home, I call Guy and 30 later his son Alex was there to fix the drain in my kitchen. very professional, super efficient and they made sure that all was good before leaving. I was more than happy to pay for their services (very fair price) - I will absolutely call them back if needed.

When I was unable to finish the swap of my kitchen faucet on my own, these gentlemen answered the call for help. They arrived quickly, got the job done in next to no time, and saved the day. They showed pride in their work and with good reason. Next time, I'll call the Doctor first!

Managed to snag an appointment the yesterday and Maxime called me bright and early to let me know he was on his way. Did a great job installing my new toilet and showerhead as well in my new condo. No charge for travel time or any other extras I was quoted by the competitors. Super nice guy, was done in just over an hour and even showed some love to my pup who was curiously watching him go about his craft. Will not hesitate to call again.
