Derrick was wonderful on the phone.I called M. Drain late on a Saturday afternoon and he picked up. Shocking, right? A plumbing company whose website says available for emergencies, and really is. And for an unknown new customer. He asked for pics, and said it was unlikely that a truck would contain parts that might be required. He suggested I call back on Monday, but I was unable to do that.
Oh, I suppose I should mention what the problem was: a stubbornly and utterly blocked bathroom sink drain.
I was finally able to get back to M. Drain some weeks later and Tasso arrived. Courteous, well-spoken, this professional gentleman unblocked the old, worn metal pipe cleanly, and quickly.
Perfect customer service and technical expertise, truly a five-star company.
