David came out to help on an excruciatingly hot day to fix A/C that had just gone out earlier that morning, showed up when they said he would, at a better hourly rate than the other company we called, and even showed me where the pull cord is in case it happens again! Much appreciated, strongly recommend.
I recently had my AC fan motor and capacitor replaced. While the repair was done, I’m very unhappy with the pricing. We were charged $250 for a capacitor that costs around $50, and $550 for a fan motor that costs under $100. The total came to $880, which is outrageous. I understand paying for labor, but this kind of markup is excessive and feels like a rip-off. Stay away from this service — get a second opinion and check part prices before agreeing to any repairs.
We just had our service and so happy with everything! Our toilets have been squeaking for a while and one of them needed a flange adjustment after getting new floors. I called yesterday and got an apt for today, Sunday. The plumber called when he was on his way which was within the time slot!! Did great work and was polite. Reviewed the job which was appreciated!! You guys are now my go to plumbers. Thanks so much!!
