Great experience with Gardner plumbing. Our old house had many plumbing issues (corroded valves, old pressure release valve, hard water, etc). Wyatt came to our house to do a full inspection. He was very responsive to our questions and gave us several plan options. He and Michael were punctual, respectful of the home, very clean work and worked quite fast to finish all the work in a day. They were also very thorough. After the work was done, they checked and rechecked for leaks. They made sure to walk through and teach us how to operate the water softener and made a list of things that may need to be done next year. I am glad that our friend referred us to them. Definitely plumbers that you can trust.
I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Mitchell of Gardner Plumbing. It was so refreshing to have a contractor that felt honest, reliable, competent, pleasant and easy to communicate with. We had a Moen water shut off valve installed through the Moen/Safeco site and I will admit, I was nervous about who would be sent out. Mitchell exceeded all my expectations with his knowledge, skill and advice on not only the shut off valve, but also our pressure valve and hot water tank timer. He came up with the best solution on how to install the device and went to work. We were extremely happy with the work and the communication before and throughout the job. Great company. Went through (AHS) and they sent Gardner plumbing company out to diagnose the problem with our tankless water heater. It ended up needing to be replaced and Gardner plumbing was easy to work with. Field techs (Mitchell) were great and got the job done. Would recommend them to everyone. Very professional group but the star of the show was Jerome from Gardener plumbing who was recommended for a Moen Flo shut-off valve installation. I ‘ve encountered my share of questionable profiteers from all trades, but Jerome came across as a genuine, honest caring person you could trust, thoroughly explaining the processes and options I had, including very reasonable pricing. His exemplary skills and expertise were quite impressive giving credit and thanks to our armed forces who trained him. After all that was said and done with installation of a new automatic shut off valve, new pressure regulator and new fittings, I was impressed with the quality of his work. Thank you Jerome for your great work, kindness and service to our great country.
