Our toilet had a clog and plunging it did not work. Alex and Art arrived quickly and figured out the clog was in the main line leaving the house. They snaked it and used a camera line to see what the problem was. They cleared the clog and did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! They were both so kind and professional and put me at ease quickly. I will be using them from now on. I HIGHLY recommend this company!! Thank you so much!!
All issues resolved.We hired this company for for residential plumbing work on 3/7/25, which included replacing our water heater and installing a new filtration system--total cost of $14,670.68. The 4 technicians, led by Patrick were very courteous and professional in their interactions.During installation, the new water heater door was accidentally damaged with their torch as part of the work process. Patrick acknowledged it immediately. However, he did repeatedly state that it was only cosmetic, and asked me what I would like to do. I told him it's not OK to just accept the cosmetic damage and move on. I said I wanted resolution in one of 3 ways: a full replacement, a door replacement, or a discount. They agreed to order a replacement door. Upon job completion, I proceeded to pay the full amount of $$14,670.68 based on their courteous manner and commitment to resolve it.Shortly after the installation, we noticed that hot water was no longer reaching the upstairs bathroom shower. When the team returned, they diagnosed the issue as a failed shower cartridge, which they suggested could have been caused by lack of use over time. That said, the hot water had been functioning in that shower prior to the water heater replacement, so this outcome was unexpected.To address the issue, I purchased new fixtures and scheduled additional work for 3/20/25. The quoted cost of this second service was $1,523.39. During this visit, the team began the fixture replacement but paused partway through due to missing components in the manufacturer’s packaging (or possibly misplaced during installation—it's unclear). They agreed to return once the parts were sourced, but requested full payment up front. I expressed discomfort paying for an incomplete job, especially while still waiting on the original water heater door. We agreed on a partial payment of $1,200/1,523.39 with the balance due once the job was finished.After their departure, we discovered a leak in the same shower that had been worked on. This added a new issue to the list and raised concerns about the completeness of the repair.As of 3/22/24, we are still waiting for:-The replacement water heater door promised during the initial service-Completion of the shower fixture installation-Resolution of the new leak in the upstairs bathroomWhile I appreciated the professionalism of the technicians and their willingness to communicate, the experience overall has been marked by unresolved issues, unclear timelines, and premature billing for work that remains incomplete. I am currently frustrated and disappointed.I will need to continue pursuing resolution of these issues and I’m sharing this review for transparency and to help others make informed decisions.Update 4/18/25:Howard from the guardian team reached out after I posted this review and worked with me directly to see all matters to closure.-The shower fixtures replacements was completed the following Monday and leak issues resolved-The damaged panel took a while to order, but was replaced without issue, and Howard got me written confirmation from Navien, the manufacturer that the longevity of the unit and warranty would not be impacted by the damage-The team generously waived our remaining balance of $323.39I am satisfied and grateful for this resolution and outcome.

George was awesome, Guardian plumbing took my same day new water heater call serious and sent George out to take a look. About three hours later I was enjoying hot water again with a new up to code water heater. George was knowledgeable, personable and well mannered. He didn’t even mode me hovering around while he worked lol.
