I had a great experience with Austin from JC Plumbing LLC. He installed a brand-new garbage disposal system for me and did an excellent job from start to finish. Austin was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left.The quality of his work was outstanding, and he left the area clean and tidy. It’s hard to find reliable, honest plumbers, and Austin definitely exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service. I had no hot water Friday morning. I called JC plumbing they came out and quoted me on the cost of the repair along with other options. We decided given the age of the water heater to replace it. Danielle was so kind and answered all my questions and concerns. The very next day Jack came out and installed it knowing we would be without hot water. Thank you so much JC Plumbing.
Excellent work!! Jack and Chris did an outstanding job with my kitchen project.My old sink and faucet were rusting away, leaking everywhere, and my dishwasher was beyond repair. They came out a couple of weeks ago on a Wednesday morning, and by 1pm they had completed the job. They removed everything and installed a brand new dishwasher, kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. They completely re-plumbed it all.I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before leaving a review, just to see how things worked. I’ve had no leaks and zero issues. Everything works as expected. JC Plumbing was very professional, from the initial site visit and estimate, all the way through completion. I will definitely be using them for future projects. Highly recommended!!!
