New dishwasher install . Second time I've used them. Prompt , knowledgeable, courteous (very nice on the phone as well). I ask questions , they have answers. Steve was my tech and he did a great job. Excellent service. I tried calling so many other plumbers and no one returned my call. I was actually able to reach a live person who scheduled the appointment quickly and did an amazing job. The rate was very reasonable. I would highly recommend James the plumber and will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

Suzette was fantastic in the office in helping me to get her all the necessary information give me all the options for my hot water tank that burst last week! Very kind and great customer service! Jonathon and his team did a great job of replacing my water heater! Definitely went the extra distance to find and dig up my city water valve that no one else has been able to find! Outstanding!
