Charles aka CJ was fantastic. Very personable, unassuming, knows the business, patient and answers questions in a calm and reassuring way. For someone that hardly compliment anyone until proven, Charles is among the best. Assuming he remains the same person, you will not be disappointed. USA plumbing is very lucky to have him as a plumber.

I called with an emergency and they showed up within the hour. They were fast, friendly, and professional. I expected to get raked over the coals but they were reasonably priced. I Was happy to pay! I'm so glad that there is still a company that values quality work and customer satisfaction. 10 outta 10 will highly recommend! Thank you USA Plumbing for saving the day!

A week ago I discovered we had a water leak at the house, which turned out to be a hot water pipe under the concrete slab. I called USA Plumbing on recommendation from a friend and they came out the next day. They isolated the problem (with the help of a sub-contractor they use to detect leaks in pipes under the slab) and quickly shared a proposal and estimate for how to fix the problem. A few days later they came back and after some discussion we decided to run new pipes to the faucets, rather than jack-hammer the floor and fix the leak. The whole process, from the office staff who coordinated the activities through to Mike and CJ who came out to do the work was very professional. If I have a plumbing need in the future, I'll certainly call USA plumbing.

Vincent was so efficient and explained things throughly as he repaired and cleaned the filter for faucet , He also checked our shower for leaking and actually took off shower head to check for leaks behind it. We were so impressed. He also told us about a Halo whole house water filer which is available. Great job and good price! Thank you!!??
