Archie Johnstone was great and were quick to deal with a burst pipe on a property. They stayed late into the night until the repairs were done to stop the flooding. They kept in communication with me as to what they were doing, what was found, and what needed to be done, including pictures of the issues. Archie Johnstone is committed to getting a job done!

I was told 3 years ago that my old fireplace was not fixable and needed to be replaced. It would cost me thousands to fix, he said.That was BS . Today I heard differently , and it’s going to save me big time$. The cost of the natural gas for in my condo is included in the strata fees. I never would have known that it was fixable had it not been for the knowledge of the repair man from Archie’s Plumbing and Heating. They will have all my future business and I can’t speak highly enough of their work ethic, the fact that I cried after the first plumbing job he did, because the bill was so low! They are amazing individuals who earn every cent they work for. I have not come across anyone like this in my 15 years of living in Nanaimo and needing a blue collar worker. Archie’s Plumbing and Heating are the only people I will call from now on. Their honesty was and is everything to me. That’s a pretty rare thing to find here. (From my experience.). Thank you .

Highly recommend this company! I've had a few interactions with them and from the booking to the job completion they always make the process seamless. Mitch is a very knowledgeable and personable plumber and fixes the issue every time. 10/10.

We were very pleased that they were able to come out on the same day that we called. The work was done quickly, and efficiently. I forgot to ask for a seniors discount, but was pleased to see that we did get one! We were very pleased with their service, and we will definitely call them again. ??

I have never seen anyone so devoted to their craft and as talented as Roland (Rolly); the technician who bent over backwards (literally) to make sure that we had heat restored to our house. We recently experienced a gas furnace failure as the temperatures were dropping. My original appointment was a week away but a cancellation moved up the service to the same day. Rolly was able to diagnose and then implement a temporary fix on an old Fridgidaire furnace in our crawl space that would have stumped most technicians. On top of that, he planned a more permanent fix by ordering an OEM part and then installing that part on an additional visit. Rolly worked his magic and now we have reliable gas heat in our house. Can't say enough about this guy - over the top service.
