I do not recommend this company. The plumber came to my house to assess a leaking hot water tank. He advised that it needed to be replaced. He then told me that I needed to drain the tan myself. I thought that’s what I was paying them for. He did not do a full evaluation nor explain to me the necessary upgrades to get my tank up to code. I got a call from a woman with a quote and she refused to explain the quote and its contents. The plumber then missed 3 scheduled windows for service. They kept calling me to tell me they needed to reschedule. They finally called and cancelled. I hired a different company and they not only explained all of the repairs and upgrades necessary but they also ran full diagnostics and found that the water pressure within my house is high likely contributing to the leak. Milani was about to replace a tank setting me up for failure. I have been on touch with the company trying to discuss my bill and I keep being told someone will call me back. Do NOT use this company

Milani Technician Yumay visited my home on several occasions in Dec '25 to help with an emergency situation and did an exceptional job. I'm very grateful for the service offered and work carried out, which was high quality and professional. Yumay is the man.

We're currently renting a home on Brookwood Drive and had the unfortunate experience of having our hot water tank fail. We experienced excellent service from morning until early evening from a diligent, professional, and informative plumber (whose name we unfortunately didn't get a chance to catch), and we thank him greatly for his hard work in restoring our much-needed hot water.

Milani recently completed a heat pump and 3-head ductless system installation in my new-for-me condo in Nanaimo. I decided to use Milani as I had used their services several times previously in another property, plus the quote I received was better than a competitor’s who had been recommended by a neighbour. While it was a little challenging settling on a suitable installation date between vacations and commitments, the crew that was dispatched to the island was fantastic! Matthew and Jashan problem-solved on the fly to work around surprises and managed to complete the installation well inside the promised timeframe. They were courteous, hardworking, professional and protected the worksite diligently. On the final day, Gursewek (electrician) and Jeremy (plumber) from the Victoria location also came in to complete the final hookups. After some instructions on how to operate the system, the team insisted on cleaning the entire place, leaving the condo spotless. A truly professional job executed by a truly professional crew! We recently had an annual service done on our gas fired home heating boiler by Richard from Milani. This included a safety inspection as well as checking the operation and general condition of our heating system. Richard was on time, friendly and informative. He provided a good overview of where we are in terms of age and condition of our boiler. He also was able to answer a few follow-up questions that we had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard and Milani based on our experience.
