Property manager charged for services not rendered:On Jan 15th I had Jason visit our apartment for a blocked sink drain, this was booked through our property manager. When Jason arrived to look into the issue it was a simple blocked trap due to hair and was quickly unblocked with basic tools. Due to it just being a block due to hair Jason stated that an auger (which they normally due) would not necessarily be needed as there was no indication of a block further down the drain. He kindly explained that we could save $85 by not doing the auger as it likely would have no affect. We agreed to not do this which was also witnessed by my roommate.A few days later the property manager received the invoice which was passed along to me due to it being hair related, for some reason there was an $85 Auger Fee. I explained to my property manager the situation and they said they would look into it. They claim they discussed it with Twin Peaks who does a lot of work for them and they stuck by the charge despite our word and a witness to the situation. If they did this to me (the end customer) it's very possible they do this to other property managers claiming fees for services that were not rendered when the manager does choose to fight back. In the end the property manager absorbed that $85 fee which is not fair to either party involved. Be cautious when reviewing your invoice from this company.
Called Twin Peaks to fix our water main leak. They were fast efficient, friendly with a great attention to detail. I was really please with the outcome. I would definitely hire them again for any plumbing or heating issue.
I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside their gas and plumbing department on two separate projects — a renovation and a generator installation. Both times they were extremely knowledgeable, showed up on time, and stayed on budget. It was a great experience working together, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
We are so impressed. Kyle was terrific, professional, and we highly recommend. His care and detail was very impressive. I don’t think my fireplace has EVER been so clean, even when it was new! He even found a way to fix the fan so it is quiet now.
I called Twin Peaks Plumbing around 10:30 AM on January 2 to report that the sight glass assembly on our on-demand tankless water heater was broken and requested a repair.Twin Peaks immediately scheduled a visit and arrived to fix it by 1:30 PM that same day. We’d been without hot water since December 30, so I was very grateful. They quickly assessed the damage and inspected other parts, noted the model number, and clearly explained the current condition and the steps they would take to repair it. Then he went back to the office for parts. He was back in less than half an hour and began the repair. He answered my various questions concisely. The repair charge was very reasonable and completely transparent. I also appreciated how fast everything was handled—about four hours from the initial call to completion. I recommend their service for everyone!
