Just had a really great experience from the folks at Waywest. Kyle was extremely helpful and willing to work with us to figure out how to get someone out to look at our freezer, especially given we called just before New Years. And Dave, our tech was not only professional but also communicative and knowledgeable. Definitely will be calling them again in the future!

I found Dave the technician very thorough and polite as he was troubleshooting the problem with my Rinnai on demand hot water unit. He cleaned everything and did all the necessary checks he could do. Reset the temperature on the controllers to 120 degrees and for now everything seems fine. Waywest is going to do a quote to replace the unit in the same location as the existing one.RegardsJack
We had Josh change our gas hot water tank as well as our water lines from poly b to pex. He did an outstanding job. We were very impressed how neatly the job was done. Our cost came in under estimate. They certainly don't over charge for their work. We have and will recommended Waywest to others.
