About four years ago, we needed a new plumber, so we asked friends for recommendations. Someone suggested Porter Plumbing Llc, and we've been very happy with their work and service ever since. Most recently, we needed to change the kitchen sink faucets. We called and spoke with a helpful and polite person who scheduled our appointment. On the day of the appointment, Samuel arrived exactly on time. He took a look at what needed to be done and gave us a fair price for the job. He worked carefully for several hours, making sure every pipe and connection was tight and there were no leaks. After he finished installing the new faucets, he even cleaned up under the sink and helped us put back all the bottles we had removed. Over the years, we've called on them for lots of plumbing jobs—replacing faucets in the master bathroom, fixing leaking pipes, replacing our sewage line, repairing a toilet, and installing a new hot water tank. Every time, the work has been done right, and the service has been great. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

We received excellent plumbing service in Norfolk. Kristopher and Asher were both friendly, professional, and very clear in their communication. Kristopher carefully inspected our plumbing issue, explained all the possible solutions, and even showed us photos of the trouble spots and some old faucet parts left from a previous installation. Unlike other plumbing companies we've tried before, Kristopher and Asher really listened to our concerns and took the time to educate us about our options so we could make the best decision for our home. They worked carefully and kept everything tidy, making sure to clean up after finishing the job. Not only did Erick install the new faucets, but he also took the time to explain why the old ones might have stopped working and walked me through the replacement parts. He gave me some really helpful tips on how to take care of the new fixtures and what to avoid doing in the future. They told me they could come out later in the week, but ended up showing up the same day I called, which was a nice surprise. Erick was the plumber who came by, and he did a very careful and thorough job with the installation. He also took the time to check out a few other plumbing concerns I had around the house.
