Within a few days of filing a claim through our home warranty company, Robert from The Rock Plumbing was at our house to efficiently assess our plumbing leak. He worked within the warranty and was careful to not move forward on anything that would cause us extra fees without confirmation from the warranty company. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not only will they misdiagnose your issue, but they will NEVER answer their phones. Leave a message? They don’t care. I’m out $500 and they didn’t fix the issue. They ghosted me afterwards too. Now I’m back at square 1, with less money. I needed help, not to be taken advantage of.
