I had 5 smoke detectors & 2 smoke detector carbon monoxide combo units installed this morning. Reason for service was I had 1 chirping. I have 9 foot ceilings & don't chance getting on ladder. Brian arrived ontime & explained the unit I had was outdated & basically went bad - it wasn't just a bad battery. The old units have 10 year life span if that. He told me about the new units that don't require batteries & I won't have to worry about maintenance for about 10 years. I thought why wait until others go bad & wake me up in middle of night! So I was thrilled he told me about these so he had them & installed this morning! Outstanding customer service & onsite service. Great communication, on time, professional & friendly too! Excellent service! I know who to call in future. Thank you Brian and AAA Home Services!

Waiting on this company to honor a warranty repair. It's been over two weeks now with a not working washing machine that AAA was contracted to fix, scheduled to come out and fix but didn't have the part and had to put it on backorder. Now their tech is sick and can't do the repair and they don't staff well enough to still make the call. Now it will be another WEEK before my washer is fixed. Avoid these clowns.

Update: see owner's response below and how they shift blame to their employee, rather than staffing their business adequately. People get sick, that is not the tech's fault. Failure to keep the appointment is AAA's fault, however.

I called AAA to repair the noise my icemaker is making. I paid $354 for this call. The repairman said the water pressure line to the ice maker was too high. He recommended I hire a plumber to address the issue. He scheduled an appointment with an AAA plumber. I paid $599 for the plumber to repair the issue he identified. The noise persisted, so I called AAA again to report the grinding. The repairman came out today and said the noise I hear is normal. He changed the setting from ice cubes to crushed ice. He did something where I can only get crushed ice, no ice cubes, as if I would not know the difference. I paid AAA over a thousand dollars and I still have the problem.
