I called at 8:30AM asking for the installation of a control panel on a water heater that was under warranty. The lady took the needed information and scheduled the work between 2 and 4 PM that day! Wow - another company said they could not do it for 3-4 WEEKS.
The repair was done by 3 and a HOT water shower by 4:30. Wonderful fast work. No cost to me as it was 100% warranty. Thank you~~

We were so happy with the service that we received from Alex Stephan from Tried and True Plumbing. We originally just asked for an estimate on how much it would cost to insulate our PEX pipes which are in a crawl space. He crawled underneath into the crawl space to see everything. Afterwards Alex asked if we would like to have it done the same day. So rarely are we able to have a service performed on the same day of an estimate. I was so happy that we could get it done the same day. He left to get the supplies he needed and it was done before we knew it. Thank you so much Alex for doing an excellent job for us!!
