My Rinnai tankless water heater was on and off for a couple days with error code 11 last week. The first plumber I called could not fix it. I went on the Rinnai website to look for referrals and was glad to find Ridgecreek Plumbing, a local company.Patty at the office was very nice and helpful. She immediately found a technician to come and take a look within a couple hours. Garth arrived very soon, cleaned some parts, gave me good advice, and told me he'd come back if there was any more issue, without charging any fee.
