My Rinnai tankless water heater was on and off for a couple days with error code 11 last week. The first plumber I called could not fix it. I went on the Rinnai website to look for referrals and was glad to find Ridgecreek Plumbing, a local company. Patty at the office was very nice and helpful. She immediately found a technician to come and take a look within a couple hours. Garth arrived very soon, cleaned some parts, gave me good advice, and told me he'd come back if there was any more issue, without charging any fee. He fixed it and my family had hot water for Christmas! So thankful! This is the best plumbing company I have ever used. They got me as a new customer.
