Enrique was very professional and efficient at his work. Although this is the first time I’ve engaged Monkey Wrench and specifically Enrique, the way he worked in diagnosing the issue was methodical. Being an engineer myself, but this time around just an observer (while he worked on the Rheem unit) I would say his expertise is very evident - he’s definitely an asset to MW. Rick first came to my house to fix an old (17 year old) water heater which he got working. While here I spoke to him about replacement options. He is very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different systems. In the end I had him install 2 tankless water heaters and a water purification system. Great install. Came on time. Stayed late to finish the same day and beautiful, clean installation. Would highly recommend and plan to use him again
