Jaden absolutely deserves a raise. He was professional patient and guided me through the whole process. I called because I didn’t have Water in my house he took the time to problem, solve and knock everything off the list. Until he was able to diagnose the problem of a burst pipe in my home. Luckily for us, it was the one that goes to my garage and he was able to just shut that water off. I didn’t have the busted pipe fixed today, but when I do, I will be calling and I will recommend Jaden is the only one that is coming back!!!! Highly recommend it. Almost forgot the boss came over too, and he was great. Didn’t get his name but Great guy as well!
Outstanding customer service. Juck’s was very knowledgeable and fairly priced. Repair was completed promptly and accurately.
Had to replace a leaky shower drain as well as a bunch of cast iron and lead piping throughout my basement. They gave me a heads up when they were on their way to the house and worked efficiently to get everything done within a couple of hours. They then walked me through what was updated and made sure that there were no issues resulting from the work throughout the entire house, testing everything and anything connected to a pipe. 10/10 service
I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional and scheduled me quickly. They knew what to do and explained things in a simpleWay. They also worked very cleanly and tidied ip everything before they left. I highly recommend them. They do an excellent job.
We had an emergency and the team from Juck’s Plumbing came right away. Jaydin Lopes is very details oriented and knowledgeable. He was very patient with my kindergartener who was asking questions. He also explained to me everything that was happening and what he was going to do. The issue was solved in an hour!
