Please do NOT use this company. We hired them to install a reverse osmosis system in which along the process he discovered a part was defective we bought it new from the company off Amazon and he couldn't finish the install. That part was absolutely fine until he said I still have to charge you the full price $670 again that was fine but if you want me to come back out to finish after new part comes that will be an additional $150 service charge. That is straight up ripping off customers. We paid you once in full the price you charged to install the system and now you want an additional $150 to finish it when new part comes in. Wow just wow. Very bad business
Dries Bros Plumbing was wonderful to work with! We had a leak in a pipe that was spraying everywhere. They came within a day and fixed it. A few months later our tub was leaking and we called again and had another great experience. Matt explained everything and gave a couple options for repair. They were on time both times and can’t beat the price! Highly recommend this company!
Tyler did a wonderful job unclogging my kitchen drain! Professional, and I appreciate he explains what caused the clog, and what he was doing. Particularly happy with him speaking loud and clear! Others like me who have English as only their second language must also feel it helpful! Tyler also generously took a look at one of my bath faucets that has problem, and gave effective advice based on his expertise out of working in the area for16 years.It's not easy to find a good plumber. I thought about another company that has highest google rating, but was afraid of possible overcharge as some customers complained. I am now glad I chose Dries and found a good company right in the neighborhood! The office person answered my questions patiently, and clearly stating how much their service fee is, and plus how much each repair, so I was prepared for the cost. I called in on Friday afternoon, and the service was scheduled at noon the following Monday. Tyler called ahead to ask if it would cause me any problem as he would arrive about 45 minutes later due to a current job taking time longer than estimated, for which I was OK with. Happy experience! Our interaction with Dries was great! The people I talked to in the office were responsive and helpful. They were able to get everything set up for the plumbers (Aaron and Kyle) to get to our house faster than we could find anywhere else. When they came they were very friendly. They listened to my problem, got started right away, and fixed it in a reasonable time. They were good about cleaning up afterwards. The price was a great deal. We'll be sure to come back here the next time we need something done.
