the plumbing team did an amazing job! my apartment had a big problem when the water heater leaked and flooded a good part of the place. the property manager called the plumbers and they showed up exactly when they said they would. troy was the plumber who came to help and he was fantastic. he was really friendly and made sure to explain everything he was doing. when the water removal crew arrived, troy took charge and made sure they started with the areas that needed it most. as a senior, i really appreciated how much he helped me through the whole process. troy carefully moved my washer and dryer, putting them on cardboard to protect my carpet, and he installed the new water heater with hardly any mess. if troy shows what this company is like, then i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.

When my water heater started leaking in Philadelphia, I reached out to a few plumbing companies. Troy came out to take a look. His price was very reasonable compared to the other plumbers I called, and what really stood out was the amount of work he offered to do for that price. Troy clearly knew what he was doing and explained everything in simple terms. He listened to my concerns and made sure every plumbing issue was taken care of, not just the water heater problem. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

I called for emergency plumbing service because I had a gas leak at my home in Philadelphia. After the gas company came out and turned off the gas, I reached out to several plumbers, and Troy from William & Sons Plumbing was the only one who responded right away. He showed up quickly, checked my plumbing, and found some other problems that I didn’t even know about. Troy was very professional and efficient. He explained what needed to be fixed and gave me a fair estimate that was even lower than I expected for the repair. He got everything done fast and made sure the emergency was taken care of properly. I really appreciated how thorough he was, even handling the extra issues on the spot. I will definitely keep using their services for any future plumbing needs in Philadelphia. Working with someone as reliable and skilled as Troy made the whole experience easy and stress-free.
