They listened to our concerns , offered sound assistance. Our very old Dru fireplace had exhibited significant issues after the replacement of our gas meter . It’s a b vent . We thought we could just replace the fireplace and use existing venting . We stopped in before purchase to seek advice about install . Aghast to realize we would need to add all new venting .. quested approx extra cost of 3900.00 . Rebooked a visit to have it serviced and investigate if worth trying to get new parts instead of replacing . When the guys arrives ( so sorry I did not get names ) it was very clear from the start they were really wanting to find a solution for our old unit . After a thorough investigation they identified the issue and were able to return our unit to safety and use . At a fraction of the cost of replacement . They were efficient ,professional, friendly. They cleaned the fireplace glass and cleaned up thoroughly. I have to say it was refreshing to see such great service . They are a credit to their company . I highly recommend. It might have been easier and more money to the company to pronounce our unit dead . We will be engaging them going forward for all our needs and regular services. Highly recommend !
I have been dealing with Carrier Plumbing and Heating for 5 years and have always gotten excellent service. They have been very responsive to my issues and I am very happy all the work they've done for me.
The person I spoke with over the phone was able to answer my questions and did not try to upsell things that he thought was unnecessary. It didn’t take too long for them to come do the work order, and when they did, the plumber and the apprentice did a thorough job to inspect for any leaks after they finished. We’ve noticed a significant difference in our hot water and we are glad we decided to upgrade to a bigger tank. The price was also really reasonable based on my research. Definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs!
