The first company to actually solve our problem! We tried 2 other Prince George companies to fix our furnace problem. Busy as they are, they stayed until they got to the bottom of it (and did not overcharge us!!). Hats off to Brock and Kyle for a job well done!

Steve not only fixed the problem but also took the time to explain what was happening, which I really appreciated. He was so respectful of our home and our time. Due to what appeared to be a poorly executed job during our home’s construction, we experienced a major sewer backup that required extensive troubleshooting and multiple rounds of digging.Steve was absolutely on top of everything — offering practical solutions, clear communication, and honest advice throughout.
