He quickly found the water leak and fixed the issue, despite my basement turning into a small swimming pool. My hot water heater died on Sunday evening. I called Quality Deluxe after a Google search for area plumbing repair. Eric picked up immediately and listened to my description of the problem and advised me that I might need a replacement unit. He came out to inspect it first thing Monday morning to make sure that it wasn’t a simpler issue and that I actually needed a new water heater. He ordered a larger (50 gallon to replace 40 gallon), higher quality model which was delivered very quickly. By a little after lunchtime on Monday we had hot water again. Eric explained a few things about how long to expect a heater to last and what we can do to extend the lifespan. Great customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended.
