I’ve been working with Earls Plumbing for over 5 years and I truly cannot recommend them enough. They are professional, honest, reliable, and always incredibly responsive, especially during emergencies. Anytime I’ve had an urgent issue, they’ve sent technicians out quickly and kept me updated every step of the way.One thing I really appreciate is their communication. The dispatchers always call about 15 minutes before the technician arrives, and the technicians themselves take the time to explain everything clearly so you fully understand the problem and the solution. Their pricing is also very fair and reasonable, which is hard to find these days.Most importantly, they are honest. With plumbing, honesty is extremely important because you are trusting and relying on someone’s expertise in stressful situations. This is a testament to needing screens on top of rooftop vents! Mathew had to cut a hole in the wall to snake out the clogged bathtub drain. There was no other access. It took quite a few attempts at snaking before he found the problem. (see photo) Thank goodness Mathew and Peter did not give up! Once the drain was flowing again, they even patched the hole with a lovely little cover... barely noticeable. Thank you Mathew R. and Peter L.!

He promptly installed the new water heater the following morning, addressing several additional issues he discovered.
