They did a great job fixing the burst water pipe we had over the weekend. They were here first thing Monday morning but also offer emergency services. They were very knowledgeable and professional. ??
Edited to add:I have to commend Andy Wallner on his customer service. It was pretty plain to see that he cares that his repeat customers remain repeat customers.He offered a quick solution to obviously egregious behavior. Agreeing that the situation was regrettable, he downsized it to a diagnostic fee, which I paid immediately.I have holes in the drywall, and I still don’t have a diagnosis or solution, but at least I don’t have an unfair bill looming over me. ??I called you guys for a leak. After checking it out, I got a call saying to fix the problem, it will cost $700. I said wow that is steep but if it fixes the problem, go ahead.He started digging around, cutting holes, and he said oops, no, that was not the problem. It is outside of my scope and I have to leave it as is, and you have to call someone else- you’re on your own. Now, I have to call a contractor who’s going to actually fix it.The audacity of Wallner Plumbing to send me a bill for $705 for an incomplete job, an unusable shower, and multiple holes in my drywall. I did not get a diagnosis, pictures, paperwork—nothing, only a bill in the mail, and an angry man on the phone, trying to make me pay for a job that he did not complete.
I was able to schedule an inspection of a gas line fitting on my water heater within a reasonable amount of time. I was notified in advance that a technician was on his way. Andy concurred that I had a minor leak and was able to fix the connection and stop the leak within a few minutes and no additional parts. I was more than pleased at the response time, the work performed, and the cost. Wallner will continue to to be my go to company for plumbing issues.
5 star experience... All new 5 ton ac and new furnace and one new return with ducting....very clean on the job. Uniformed professionals that were so nice and cared for myself and home as the installing happened was the best folks can be. Caleb was thorough and very professional. He was careful not to track dirt into the house and wore paper booties, which I really appreciated since I had just had my house cleaned. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend Wallner Plumbing highly.
