I can't recommend Quinn from Crestwood Plumbing & Heating enough! I was in a real bind and he went above and beyond by adjusting his busy schedule to fit me in. Not only was the customer service incredible, but the work itself was top-notch - efficient, clean and professional. It is rare to find someone who truly listens to your needs and delivers such high-quality results. Five stars all the way!!!

We were very pleased with the excellent job Quinn did fixing our hot water boiler. The price he charged wasn't exorbitant like the bills from some other companies!

I couldn’t be happier with the plumbing service I received from Quinn. From start to finish, he was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained all the options clearly, recommended practical solutions, and offered very fair pricing. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. On top of that, his friendly, easygoing manner made the whole experience stress-free. I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone in Richmond and the surrounding communities.

My child flushed a toy down the toilet, so we called Crestwood Plumbing. They were honest, friendly, and professional. They quickly removed the toilet, fixed the problem with no hassle, and had everything working again in no time. I’ll definitely use them again if I ever need a plumber, and I highly recommend them to anyone.
