Our furnace wasn’t working on one of the coldest days of the year plus it was a Saturday! Dalton arrived as soon as he could and kept us informed of when he would get here. He gave us some good suggestions and he checked everything but was unable to locate the issue. It was working when he left but stopped again later. Dalton called us to check on us and came again later that day. We found out that the thermostat was the issue. We were impressed with Daltons friendly, helpful demeanor and his concern for our problem. We would highly recommend B&C to others and will continue to use them in the future.

Nick is AWESOME! He came to check a motor on an old heater- I learned more from him in half hour then I thought I’d ever earn about heating & cooling! He offered many suggestions for options if repair would be too costly. He also came up with solutions for my home as alternate heating. We hired B and C for our new 98% efficiency modulating furnace with heat pump. We have only had it installed for a few hours and it’s a game changer for heating the house.
