I received excellent emergency services from Colin the Plumber (CIP) for a serious plumbing issue. Recently on a Sunday evening, I returned from vacation and turned the water back on in my house. My 47-yr old main shut off valve in the house started leaking and the leak continued when I turned it back off. Then I found out my plumber was out of business and the next plumber I called couldn't be there until Monday. But CIP sent a plumber in about an hour. Brandin fixed the leak, re-lit the pilot light on my hot water heater that was being difficult, and answered all my questions about my situation. From our talk, I was pleasantly surprised that CIP would be able, within the next 2 days, to arrange with the town to turn the water to my house off and on so that CIP could replace the shut off valve. On Tuesday after the town shut off the water, Adam arrived as scheduled, answered all my questions about the replacement, then replaced the valve and tested it as soon as the water was turned on. In addition, he provided me with information which will be useful when I decide to replace my hot water heater. I found both Brandin and Adam to be skillful plumbers with excellent customer service skills. Also, the employees of CIP that answered the phone and arranged the services I received were very helpful and courteous.

Working with Colin the Plumber has always been a 5 star experience. We have had to use them for a couple different issues and each time I walk away knowing I can trust their people, their suggestions, and their work.

Most recently we’ve had some issues with water backing up in our basement, causing water to flood. Originally we were told to contact the city to make sure our main line was clear. This was something they could have easily charged us for but instead they lead with integrity and told us the town would do it for free. I cannot say thank you enough for that.

Additionally we had Brandin and Caleb come out to do some work - originally we thought we were going to go with a much more expensive “fix” but Brandin explained clearly why it wasn’t necessary and instead gave us a solution that wasn’t going to break the bank. Again, that integrity goes a long way! They both did great work for us!

So happy we have found Colin the Plumber and I can honestly say we won’t call any other plumbers for any of our needs in the future!

Nick has been working extremely hard to get my plumbing straightened out so my house would have usable plumbing again. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and a great guy. He also help me with the town of Greece and getting the ball rolling with there side of the repairs. The price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to give him a call the next time there's a plumbing problem

Brandin W. did an awesome job with the installation of plumbing shutoff valves. He explained what he was going to do and gave an upfront price for the service. He fully checked his work at the end to make sure it was completely done and cleaned up. Brandin was awesome to talk to during the service. Thanks for the great service.

I called “Colin The Plumber” on a Sunday morning when I discovered my hot water tank was leaking and needed to be replaced; the lady who answered the phone was very nice and courteous and quickly arranged for one of their technicians to come later on the same day. Brandin came in at the scheduled time and he was friendly and professional. He completed the job in a timely manner and left everything cleaned when he left. Overall, I am very satisfied with the whole process and will definitely keep using Colin the Plumber for my future plumbing needs! Great service!!
