Moving into a new area and needing to have a 23-year-old hot water tank being a senior. Well, we found @1 Plumbing Co that offers American made products. Their technicians Joe and Ricky were outstanding. As a senior I would recommend this company.

I had an estimate done on October 1 and requested quotes for multiple jobs. Unfortunately, I only received a quote for one of them — replacing a drain, overflow plate, and faucet — which they quoted at $450. Despite following up three separate times, I never received the remaining quotes. I kept getting excuses and delays, and eventually asked for a refund since they charged me $98 upfront but never completed the job of providing a full estimate. This company lacks communication, follow-through, and professionalism. If you’re looking for a business that values your time and provides timely service, I do not recommend this one.

Joe and his team have always been very efficient and timely. They always do an excellent job and stand by their work. We had them do the entire plumbing in our new house and I would always highly recommend them.

I was woken up by my wife at 03:30 due to our water heater spraying water everywhere. I called around starting at 07:00 hoping someone would be able to come out today, as I have a house of six with four of the people being ladies. The team at #1 Plumbing came out within afew hours and replaced my water heater in the blink of an eye! they even gave me pointers and recommendations on how to help prolong the life of my new unit. So a huge THANK YOU to Joe, Ina & all the members of #1 plumbing for the quick and professional service. After my service was complete the lady at the office was kind and courtesy with payment and made it super easy to pay my bill! If you need something done and want it done right call the team at #1 Plumbing. I will 100% use this amazing company again!
