Moving into a new area and needing to have a 23-year-old hot water tank being a senior. Well, we found @1 Plumbing Co that offers American made products. Their technicians Joe and Ricky were outstanding. As a senior I would recommend this company.
I had an estimate done on October 1 and requested quotes for multiple jobs. Unfortunately, I only received a quote for one of them — replacing a drain, overflow plate, and faucet — which they quoted at $450. Despite following up three separate times, I never received the remaining quotes. I kept getting excuses and delays, and eventually asked for a refund since they charged me $98 upfront but never completed the job of providing a full estimate.This company lacks communication, follow-through, and professionalism. If you’re looking for a business that values your time and provides timely service, I do not recommend this one.
Joe and his team have always been very efficient and timely. They always do an excellent job and stand by their work. We had them do the entire plumbing in our new house and I would always highly recommend them.
