If I could give 0 stars I would. My senior grandmother was supposed to get work done with black diamond... they came did nothing and said they were coming back with a camera. They never did or called her back when she left messages. My grandmother had to go to a different company and got the work needed done. She never heard anything still until she called threatening a lawsuit... She finally got a call back with them saying they will come out to look at the issue.. They will not give her the money she gave them back after they did not attempt to fix the issue. I would never go here and I would advise anyone not to either. Taking advantage of seniors is sickening!

MIL had them out when furnace quit, heat exchanger is under warranty, from Bryant they never mentioned that to her, told her $1700 to replace it, when I confronted them about it was told that was labor only, (that is also paid by Bryant, do to the class action law suit) got another bid for labor only max with no warranty was $700.
Just because she's a senior, and alone I think they were very taken advantage of her.

I went to my basement to put some clothes in the washing machine and found water on the floor with a spray of water coming from a pipe. I called Black Diamond and they understood the emergency and shortly their plumber arrived. Michael H was polite, efficient, and a born educator. He replaced the spouting pipe with a copper one (I was delighted with that) and answered questions I had about the temperature of the new water heater I had had installed in September (not by Black Diamond). He reset the temperature on the water heater (it was scalding hot the moment I turned on the tap). I told him about a different issue I was having and he explained the problem, but said he could not correct it at this time since he had another call. I told him I would call the Diamond again to have that handled. Michael was a wonderful representative for Black Diamond and I would hope to have him respond when I call next week. People had told me for years that Black Diamond was VERY expensive so I had avoided calling them. I want to go on record saying that the company is more reasonable than several of the other companies with which I have done business in the past Black Diamond is not only more reasonable but they finish the job correctly.(unlike one company whose representative reversed the hot and cold taps in the however).

Fourth of July weekend, no one else in the area answering their “24/7” phone lines, well pressure tank supply line burst and flooded part of my basement… one call to Black Diamond and they answered immediately! Charlie came out to us with a smile on his face ready to help get our water back on and we’re so thankful! Thank you Charlie and thank you Black Diamond!

We had Nick Br from Black diamond plumbing & mechanical come out this morning to help with a leak in our basement. He arrived so quickly and was really nice. He found the issue that was our water softener and he fixed everything. We are very happy with his work and the company. Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.
