I am so appreciative of Sean and 24-7 Rooter and Plumbing. At 7:30 on a Saturday night our toilets and shower were backing up. Sean arrived just over an hour later, explained the options and cleared the line before it got messy. He is knowledgeable, helpful and left our home clean.
They sent out Edwin within an hour and he diagnosed the issue and gave us options for repair or replacement. We chose replacement. Our new water heater was up and running within 3 hours. Edwin explained everything and provided excellent service. He cleaned up everything when he finished the work.
They came on a rainy Sunday. They gave me three options on how to proceed. I chose the most expensive but best option. My drains were completely cleaned out within a few hours. The cost was reasonable and the people were courteous. I’m extremely pleased and will definitely use them again.
