i’m really impressed with this plumbing company in santa clara. over the past few months, i’ve called them for a variety of plumbing jobs—everything from fixing the sewer line to installing three water heaters (two tankless units and one traditional) and even putting in a new gas line. each project was handled professionally, done right the first time, and completed on schedule. pedro and todd were fantastic throughout the process. even though we’ve spent a good amount on our plumbing needs, we always feel like we receive even more value in return. recently, after some time, i had them come back to service my tankless water heater. levi took care of everything and did an outstanding job. they may not be the cheapest plumbers in town, but their quality of work and reliability are totally worth it. every time, they arrive as promised, answer all my questions, and make sure everything is running smoothly. when i accidentally damaged my sewer cleanout with the lawn mower, they showed up the same day to fix it. i also had a faulty faucet, and it was replaced quickly and efficiently. the whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers. i’m always happy with their five-star service and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs in santa clara.

I can't say enough good things about the plumbing service we received in Santa Clara. After another plumbing company gave us an extremely high estimate to fix the pipes at my mother's house, we reached out for a second opinion. Bryan came out right away to check the situation and then returned the next day with Levi to take a closer look at the pipes using a camera. They spent over two hours carefully working both inside and outside, even finding and marking a hidden clean out under a bush that the first company completely missed. Bryan and Levi suggested a much less invasive and more affordable solution, clearly explaining their reasoning step by step. They wrote down exactly what I needed to share with our original plumber, and even offered to speak directly with them, which they did a couple of times. Thanks to Bryan and Levi's advice, our plumber was able to go ahead and descale and jet out the pipes. We're hopeful this will fix the issue for good. I was really impressed with Bryan and Levi’s professionalism, honest advice, and the way they took the time to explain everything in simple terms. They worked well with our other plumber and truly seemed to care more about solving the problem than making a quick profit.
