Their service has been consistently excellent. Linda, who handles the phone, is incredibly responsive. She answers all questions and addresses problems promptly, whether through email or phone calls. We had Big Blue do an estimate because we knew that our hot water heater was at the end of its useful life- the team talked us through the options and gave us a very clear set of quotes. Then our water heater started leaking two weeks later and they were able to replace it in a matter of hours. The team were so professional, friendly and kept us fully updated each step of the way. We used Big Blue for our AC before, we would absolutely use them again after this experience.
