Thank You so much for the speedy, professional help with our drain. Keyshaun is a fantastic tradesman, and was able to repair our clogged drain in a very efficient amount of time. In addition to identifying the problem, he let us know how to prevent a further issue, and that was very helpful. In addition to the knowledge of his trade, Keyshaun was very personable and pleasant to converse with. I will be sure to recommend this company in the future. Thanks again.
I had a very unprofessional experience with Drain Doctor.I waited approximately two hours for the technician, Martin, to arrive. When he did, he walked directly into my home without showing any identification or introducing himself. I was handed a document to sign regarding potential pipe damage and was then told a higher price than I had originally been given, which appeared to be due to a lack of communication within the company regarding the original quote.During the visit, the technician, Martin, repeatedly shouted “HELLO” whenever he needed something. Martin was not able to unclog the drain and had to leave to go to another job. I was told I would be contacted and another technician would be sent. Before leaving, Martin stated that I already had his personal phone number and suggested I contact him directly for future preventative drain work outside of Drain Doctor. After he left, I observed a mess all over my kitchen floor and cabinets, scratches on our wood floor, and damage to the entrance of our home, which appeared to have been caused by his tools.Since I was never contacted, I reached out to the company two days later, and spoke with a supervisor named Hector. He stated he had meant to contact me but something had come up. When trying to recount my experience, Hector was clearly laughing. He went on to accuse me of interrupting him; although he hadn’t allowed me the opportunity to explain what had happened without ridiculing me. When I told him he was being rude, he called me rude and said he didn’t want my business.Based on this unprofessional experience, I would not recommend Drain Doctor.
We had two drains clogged and the drain doctor came out within 24 hours of our call. We were given no time range of when they would come and it was a complete surprise when they showed up (woke us up at 9am to the door knocking). The guy was helpful and nice, he unclogged the drains quickly. We were charged $195 per drain.
Was sexually harassed by one of their drain techs in my own home right after he called me a “country bumpkin.” Wish I was making this up. When I called the manager to report him and asked what they were going to do about it he said “I’ll have a chat with him to get his side of the story.” So look out ladies! Safety is not a priority for their female customers. I suggest calling literally any other drain service so that a pervert doesn’t show up to your house and say things like “I want to taste you”
John W came over, did a thorough inspection which revealed we had a broken check valve. He then located it in the backyard, dug a deep hole in 100° weather and pulled out every tool he had to get it flowing. He then gave us advice on how to proceed. Well done John! Thank you
