Mat from Carter’s Plumbing did an amazing job installing two tankless water heaters to replace our failed traditional 80 gallon hot water tank. It was a complicated install that took 2 days. He and his colleague were very professional, cleaned up to where the basement area where the system is looks cleaner than when they came! While it was expensive, it was definitely worth it, especially after having no hot water for 4 days in a household of 6 people!

They responded with emergency service and came to our house to diagnose the problem within an hour on Saturday morning. Mat provided 3 very detailed options to choose from. He patiently explained the pros & cons of each option, including cost and timing of each. He also emailed us a detailed quote for each option. We chose the best option and He came back on Monday morning to start the work. Was definitely a pleasure doing business with Carter’s Plumbing (and Mat) and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
