Highly recommend Levine & Sons! Our heat went out on an especially cold morning. L&S sent a tech within hours on the same day. Our technician’s name was Donovan Bowers. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained the problem in detail in a way I could understand, and showed me the part that needed repaired. He also gave me some good pointers on how to maintain our system. He came prepared with a replacement part in his truck & fixed everything really quickly. He got our house nice and toasty again in no time. The price was very fair. My pets and I are very appreciative!!
This past Wednesday I woke up on the coldest day so far this year, to a 62 degree home. The furnace was blowing frigid air. When I went down in to the basement to see who had previously worked on the system, there were several stickers and magnets from various HVAC companies. Luckily, I decided to call Levine. From the person who answered the phone all the way through to the installation of a new furnace yesterday, the experience consistently exceeded expectations. Chaim was dispatched to diagnose and repair the problem. I was told that he would be arriving mid-afternoon but called and asked if he could come several hours earlier; a pleasant surprise. Chaim was very professional. He was able to get the furnace restarted as a temporary solution but explained that I needed a new one. It was a 22 year old system. Chaim arranged for an estimator to come by later that afternoon. The service was great and the handoff was seamless. Nate arrived on time and spent the time to help me find the best solution for my home. He asked thoughtful questions and really understood my needs and budget. Again - I was very impressed with the Levine team. Nate arranged for the installation and again, the handoff was seamless. Jerry and his helper arrived yesterday on time. They removed the old unit and installed a new high efficiency unit. They did a great job and I had nice warm house last night. I decided to replace the AC unit since it was 22 years old too so they will come back on Wednesday to install that and a smart thermostat. I expect that will go well too. In a time of declining service delivery, Levine and their staff is a real exception. Great job Chaim, Nate and Jerry!

This is why I decided to go with Levine & Sons, because I could tell they care. This was my first experience with Levine & Sons, and I couldn’t recommend Ryan highly enough. From his punctual timing throughout and professional manner to his clear, continuous communication, the experience with Ryan was like we were family—making sure everything was handled carefully and correctly.When our five year old water heater’s temperature and pressure relief valve tripped, I shut off the water and gas and scheduled service. Ryan arrived, diagnosed the issue immediately, and calmly explained what was happening. He pointed out several problems: a leaking tank, a cold intake valve that had been improperly installed about five years ago, and an aging gas valve that should be replaced. He corrected the poor valve installation, swapped in a new gas valve, and prepared the old unit for removal. Ryan returned Monday morning, helped us replace the heater under warranty at Home Depot, and completed the installation cleanly and efficiently.Throughout the process Ryan went the extra mile to be thorough, transparent, and respectful of our home. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy—exactly what you want when you need a plumber. I’m very grateful and will call Levine & Sons again!
