Long time customer. Keep coming back because they are timely, responsive and stand behind their products and services. In July we had them install a bidet attachment to toilet. Installation took about 30 minutes (cost $243). The next day the hot water connection leaked. Called and they responded quickly and repaired. The next day hot water connection had a slight drip.Called and they responded as requested. It was a faulty internal seal and they replaced. It is now bone dry. I find One Hour Plumbing very reliable. They provide quality service but if there is a problem they will stay with it until it is resolved to your satisfaction. I continue to recommend them.

Overall, I am very impressed with the service I received today from “One Hour Plumbing.” After my hot water tank sprung a leak, I was able to get speedy service from the company. Everyone was very courteous and professional from the receptionist, service desk to Chris Erickson, service repair person. Chris and other members of the One Hour Plumbing team took great care at my home to ensure care, and attention was given not to damage anything and to ensure floor protective covers were placed with other preventive measures. The workmanship was excellent, done efficiently and carefully. It's not always easy to find a company today providing excellence in quality, service, and customer satisfaction. However, One Hour Plumbing hit the mark right on. I have no reservations recommending this company to others.
