We called Birnie Plumbing when we had a problem with our sump pump. Chad came and had a look and then presented us with our options for how to fix the problem. Each option was clearly laid out with pricing. We chose the option that was best for us and he was able to do it right away, since he had a "workshop" truck with all the supplies available.
