My repair man was Michael. He was so neat and cleaned up after the repair. I didn't give it 5 stars simply because it cost a lot. However, he did give me a senior discount.
Todd Varns with Roto-Rooter was my tech, he came with pricing first and told me options. Gave a few suggestions and then got to work. It was fast. It was done well. Everything was cleaned up. Very nice and knowledgeable man and I really appreciated him being the one to help with our pipes!
Nic Haines was awesome to work with he took care of us and kept in great contact with us. As well as both techs who dug up the yard and there manager. Everyone was great to work with. The only con is the price. Other wise I'd give a 5 star review.
Nicholas with Roto-Rooter came out to our home as a courtesy after our drain backed up, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. But what really stood out was who he was as a person.Nicholas was kind, relatable, and genuinely easy to talk to. He took the time to explain things without rushing, never made us feel like a burden, and treated the situation with care and empathy. He even shared some personal stories, which I imagine isn’t easy to do, but it spoke volumes about the kind of human being he is. It felt less like a service call and more like being helped by someone who truly cares.In a stressful situation, his presence alone made things feel lighter. That level of professionalism paired with real humanity is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Roto-Rooter is lucky to have Nicholas, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing service.
Daniel was amazing! Arrived very promptly and on-time. Super friendly guy, very thorough, and didn't take long at all. Cost always sucks (as with any repairs needed), but that's the price of home ownership. Thank you for your very quick response and service! Edit to add: called for service at 10:12am (non-emergency), and he arrived at 11:26am. Excellent response time!
