Nicholas with Roto-Rooter came out to our home as a courtesy after our drain backed up, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. But what really stood out was who he was as a person.
Nicholas was kind, relatable, and genuinely easy to talk to. He took the time to explain things without rushing, never made us feel like a burden, and treated the situation with care and empathy. He even shared some personal stories, which I imagine isn’t easy to do, but it spoke volumes about the kind of human being he is. It felt less like a service call and more like being helped by someone who truly cares.
In a stressful situation, his presence alone made things feel lighter. That level of professionalism paired with real humanity is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Roto-Rooter is lucky to have Nicholas, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing service.
