If I am unable to reach him because he is busy, he always gives me a call back within the hour. Excellent service, highly recommend this plumber! We had a leak that we had other plumbers look at and couldn't figure out for several months. Jimmy communicated well through email and arrived on time. Although he was here for a quote, he was able to find the origin of the leak and fix the problem within 30 minutes. He will be my go-to plumber from this point forward, friendly and professional service. Allstate Mechanical is the way to go!

Do not hesitate to give Jimmy a call. I've used his services numerous times for various plumbing issues in my house as well as rental units. All my experiences have been 100% positive. He's very responsive, professional and will go above and beyond. In one instance, I needed a shower handle replaced. He took it upon himself to reach out to the manufacturer of my shower handle and discovered it was still under warranty. They ended up sending out a brand new one at no charge! Stop wasting your time looking for a new plumber and hire Jimmy. You won't regret it.
