He clearly communicated each step of the procedure to unclog the drain. He was professional, patient and polite. Tony recommended a descaling process to prevent a recurrence. He explained the pricing in detail and it seemed reasonable and fair. I am very happy with the service provided by Tony and United Sewer and would not hesitate to recommend him.
