Our water heater was 21 years old and needed replacement. Insurance had taken it out from the insurance and were not responsible for any leakage. So we had OnPoint replace it with a new one Rheem brand. The installers were very pleasant and their customer service was very nice. Now the new water heater is covered for any leakage etc. Thank you On Point and the staff for a job well done. Appreciate it. Of course they got rid of the old water heater. The whole area of the installation was cleaned and made tidy after the job was completed. I would recommend anyone to use On Point to change their water heaters. Thanks once again. Good job.
Water Heater InstallationOur old water heater had stopped working so I reached out to Home Depot and they connected me with OnPoint Home Services. We were very happy with their customer service. The staff was great and replied quickly to any inquiries we had. The invoicing process was also quick and easy. We were able to go to our local Home Depot to make the payment.On the day of the service OnPoint gave us a 60 mins heads up before the technicians arrived which we really appreciated. They came right on time and got the job done efficiently within a timely manner. They also cleaned up everything afterwards and took away the old water heater. Overall, we were very happy with their service and would highly recommend OnPoint Home Services for water heater installation!
