We had a tricky installation of a new bathroom vanity, beyond my comfort zone for DIY. We have used John the Plumber in the past, and got great service, and so I turned to them again. Crispin and Max were timely, professional and friendly, and did a great job. Crispin was extremely knowledgeable, worked through the various options with us, and then they did an excellent job implementing the install. We were very happy with the result, and won't hesitate to use John the Plumber again as our go-to.

Reliable and Efficient Plumbing Fix

My tech arrived on time and resolved our basement issue very promptly, he repaired a protruding bathtub drain pipe in our basment ceiling and water line. Everything was secured properly and made sure it was to code. He was very professional, with clear explanations, and kept a very clean work area. Everything works perfectly now—highly recommend!

Great experience end-to-end. The problem with our lack of hot water was diagnosed on the call with Debbie in the office, so lots of time saved. She sent Cole out to the house within 4 hours and he did a great job of explaining the options and answering questions. By the evening we had a new hot water tank installed by Cole, Mucklay (spelling?) and a woman whose name I did not catch. The team wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible so we wouldn’t be left without hot water. Great service!! I would definitely recommend.

From my first call, excellent communication all round. The on-site assessment was thorough, and recommendations agreed upon.
The removal then installation by professional plumber Jonathan was efficient and done well, and he was very pleasant to work with.
